We are super proud of our home, and we’re very excited to share it with you and your family! This gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has unobstructed views of the beautiful, no-drive beach, and the gorgeous waters of the Gulf. Located in the nicest community on Galveston Island, Pointe West. This 1000 acre community is located on the last 3 1/2 miles of the Western most tip of Galveston Island and expands from the Gulf of Mexico to Galveston Bay. Pointe West amenities include; a mile long no-drive beach, two pools, a kiddie pool, a lazy river, two hot tubs, a restaurant, bar, fishing pier, game room, gym, locker rooms, basketball court, pickleball court, cornhole area, multiple BBQ grills, walking/jogging trails, golf cart paths, fire pit, gift shop and more!
Condo Details
This 2nd floor home sleeps 6. It has a king size bed in the primary bedroom, two double beds in the 2nd bedroom and a double size sleeper sofa in the living room. The oceanfront balcony runs the entire length of the condo and has 2 bar-height tables & 4 bar-height chairs, a two-piece sofa and incredible views of the Gulf! This condo is perfect for people who work remotely, as it is equipped with high speed internet, a desk, chair & printer. Our home also has a fully equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer inside of the unit and an electric fireplace! There is a covered parking spot and an elevator in the building, as well as an outdoor shower just outside of it. All you need to bring are your clothes, beach towels/chairs, sunscreen, food and you! We provide sheets, pillows, blankets, bath & kitchen towels, paper towels, toilet paper, large & small trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, fabric softener sheets, hand soap, coffee, coffee filters, shampoo, body wash, and basic spices.
Beachfront Amenities
The walkover to the beach is located very close to the condo. Just past the walkover is the Pointe West Beach Club with it’s awesome amenities. The Property Owners Association (POA) at Pointe West collects a wristband fee of $15 per guest for each guest over the age of 4 (children 3 and younger do not pay) for use of the amenities. This is a one-time fee, and allows you to use the amenities for your entire stay. No wristbands are required to enjoy the beautiful beaches at Pointe West.

Bay Front Amenities
The bay front amenities are located right across the main road, and can be accessed by the golf cart path. The short tunnel runs under the main road and provides safe and easy access to the entire property. The golf cart path is also perfect for bicycling, jogging, and walking.
